Privacy policy: http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy/.

These social media platforms may process personal data outside the EU. We refer to the above privacy statements of the social media platforms.

The respective social media platforms may create user profiles from your usage behavior and the resulting interests and actions on your part and save cookies on your computer in which your usage behavior is stored. If you have an account on the respective social media platform and are logged in, your usage behavior can even be saved independently of the device. Your user profile can be used, for example, to place advertisements that presumably correspond to your interests.

We process the personal data exclusively for communication with you via the social media platform you have chosen and for the optimization of our online presence and ensure that no interests of yours are affected which outweigh this legitimate interest on our part (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). Insofar as you have already given the respective operator of the social media platform effective consent to the corresponding data processing, the processing of your personal data will also be based on this consent (Art. 6 I S. 1 a GDPR).

6. Third-party services

6.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google and operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), and collects and stores data via this web analytics service from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. The user profiles created in this way serve to evaluate visitor behavior in order to design and improve the offer presented on this website in line with demand. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, small text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Also, the user profiles maintained under a pseudonym are not merged with the personal data of the user without the express and separately declared consent of the user. Thus, the weighing of interests shows that there are no overriding interests on your part that conflict with this (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
You can also prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by setting the following switch to “Off”. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website:

You can view the Google privacy policy at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html.

We would like to point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code “anonymizeIp” in order to guarantee an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking).

6.2 Google Ads Conversion
We use the offer of Google Ads Conversion, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), to draw attention to our offers by means of advertising material (so-called Google Ads) on external websites.

These advertising media are delivered by Google via so-called “Ad Servers”. Ad server cookies are used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users. If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your end device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information are usually stored as analysis values.

If you visit our site as a result of such an ad and the cookie stored on your computer has not expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each ad client. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked on the websites of ad clients. We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the advertising measures mentioned above. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. By means of these evaluations we can recognize which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising material; in particular, we cannot identify the users on the basis of this information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of these tools and can, therefore, only inform you that Google is able to assign your visit to our website to your Google account if you are registered there. In addition, it is possible that Google, regardless of the existence or non-existence of a user account, finds out your IP address and saves it.

6.3 Google Ads Remarketing
We use the services of Google Ads Remarketing, operated by Google LLC,1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The remarketing feature allows us to show users of our website ads on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google search or on YouTube, so-called “Google Ads” or on other websites) based on their interests. For this purpose, your interaction on our website is analyzed, e.g., which offers you were interested in, in order to be able to show you targeted advertising on other pages after your visit to our website. For this purpose, Google stores a cookie on your browser when you visit certain Google services or websites in the Google display network. This cookie is used to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular device and not to identify an individual; personal data is not stored.

6.4 Google Tag Manager
This website also uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed through an interface. This Google tool only implements tags. No cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will remain in effect for all tracking tags, as long as they are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

6.5 LinkedIn Analytics and LinkedIn Ads
We use LinkedIn conversion tracking and LinkedIn retargeting, operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
This technology allows LinkedIn to serve ads to users of our website based on their interests. It also provides the ability to generate anonymous reports on the performance of the ads and information about the interaction on this site. To do this, our website incorporates the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which connects to the LinkedIn server when you visit this website and are logged in to your LinkedIn account.

The LinkedIn privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

If you are logged in to LinkedIn, you can deactivate data collection at any time by clicking on the following link: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/enhanced-advertising.

6.6 LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag conversion tool, operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which allows the collection of information such as: IP address, device and browser characteristics and page events (e.g., page views). This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personally identifiable information with us but provides anonymized reports on website audience and display performance. In addition, LinkedIn offers retargeting via the Insight Tag. We may use this data to display targeted advertising outside of our website without identifying you as a website visitor.

The LinkedIn privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

Members of LinkedIn can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes at any time by following the link below:
https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/enhanced-advertising.

To disable (“opt-out”) the Insight tag on our website, click here.

6.7 Social media links
We have our own social media pages at the third-party providers that can be reached via links from this website. By using the links you can reach the respective websites of the third-party providers (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). In order to avoid unnecessary data transfer, we recommend that you log out of the respective third-party provider before using a link so that the use of the link does not result in the creation of user profiles by the third-party provider.

6.8 Use of Youtube
This website and the integrated offers contain so-called embeddings of videos on YouTube. These enable the connection to YouTube and the videos stored there. YouTube is an offer from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). No user interests are affected here which outweigh this technical necessity of integrating the videos (Art. 6 I p. 1 f GDPR). For the purpose and scope of data collection and data use by Google as well as your rights and setting options for protection as a YouTube customer, please refer to the YouTube privacy policy. You can find this at: http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy/.

6.9 Font Awesome Web Fonts
In addition, we use so-called web fonts from Font Awesome to provide you with a uniform font on our website. When you call up one of our pages, these are automatically stored in your browser cache to enable the desired display. If your browser does not support the web fonts used, a standard font of your computer may be used. This does not affect any user interests that outweigh this technical necessity (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). The privacy policy of Font Awesome can be viewed here: https://fontawesome.com/privacy

6.10 Using OpenStreetMap
This site uses the open-source mapping tool “OpenStreetMap” (OSM) via an API. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. To use the functions of OpenStreetMap, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to an OpenStreetMap server and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission. OpenStreetMap is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the locations we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. You can find more information on the handling of user data on the OpenStreetMap data protection page https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy

6.11 Brevo
For the dispatch of our newsletter we use the service “Brevo” of the dispatch service provider Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin. The data protection regulations and further information about the mail order service provider can be viewed here: https://www.brevo.com/gdpr/. The mail order service provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interests, according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Your data will be transmitted to the Sendinblue GmbH. Brevo is not allowed to sell your data and to use them for other purposes than for sending newsletters. The dispatch service provider can use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e., without allocation to a user, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g., to technically optimize the dispatch and the presentation of the newsletters or for statistical purposes. However, the dispatch service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties. You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e., revoke your consent. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter. We may store the unsubscribed email addresses for up to three years on the basis of our legitimate interests before we delete them for the purpose of sending the newsletter, in order to be able to prove a previously given consent. The processing of this data is limited to the purpose of a possible defense against claims. An individual request for deletion is possible at any time, provided that the former existence of a consent is confirmed at the same time.

6.12 Affiliate links and advertising
We place affiliate and advertising links or banners on our website to certain third-party providers. With these links/banners, we generate income (advertising cost reimbursements) when purchases are made from the respective third-party provider via this link/banner or when their page is called up. The third-party provider may use cookies to find out the origin of the orders or the call. However, this has no effect on the use of our website and, in particular, does not constitute any obligation to purchase. Affiliate and advertising links or banners are only intended to facilitate your purchase. Furthermore, the respective data protection regulations of the third-party providers apply.

6.13 Zammad
We use the helpdesk system of the provider Zammad GmbH, Marienstraße 11 in 10117 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “Zammad”) in order to be able to process requests more quickly and efficiently. This is our legitimate interest, according to Art. 6 lit. f. GDPR.

Zammad uses the collected data (chat transcripts, e-mails with e-mail addresses) only for the technical processing of the inquiries and will not pass them on to third parties.
In the course of processing service requests, it may be necessary to collect further data. If you do not agree to the collection of data by the “Zammad” software, you may choose alternative means of communication, such as e-mail or telephone. You can view Zammad’s privacy policy at: https://zammad.com/de/datenschutz

6.14 Use of Facebook Remarketing Pixels
We use the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The entity responsible for processing the information collected by Facebook is Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. This feature allows us to target visitors to this website on Facebook with advertisements. For this purpose, personalized and interest-based Facebook ads are placed when the pages of Facebook are visited. The function is enabled on our website by a remarketing pixel from Facebook, which is implemented on the page. The pixel is used to establish a direct connection to the Facebook server when you visit our website if you have agreed to set the pixel or have activated the plugin. The Facebook server is thus transmitted, which of our websites the user has visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. You can find more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, on your rights in this regard and on ways to protect your privacy in the Facebook data protection information at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
If you do not want Facebook to associate the collected information directly with your Facebook user account, you can use the “Custom Audiences” remarketing feature in your account settings at https://www.facebook.com/login.php?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fsettings%2F%3Ftab%3Dads#_=_bearbeiten. Further information is available in the privacy policy of Landbot IO (accessible at https://landbot.io/privacy-policy).
The data you enter during communication remains with us or the chatbot operator until you request deletion, revoke your storage consent, or the purpose of data storage ceases (e.g., after completing your inquiry). Legal provisions, especially retention periods, remain unaffected.
The legal basis for using chatbots is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR when the chatbot is used for contract initiation or fulfillment. If consent is required, processing is solely based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and § 25(1) of the TTDSG, provided the consent includes storing cookies or accessing information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting). Consent can be revoked at any time. In all other cases, the use is based on our legitimate interest in effective customer communication (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
