With our three different packages, we can offer you different levels of support.
The digital Europe package or “Check it yourself” contains detailed instructions for you. You just have to follow the instructions to label your packaging.
With the “Let us check” package, we professionals take a look at your created labels and check them in detail.
In the “We got you covered” package, we even create the entire label individually for you and you don’t have to worry about anything else.
Since we know the regulations and are therefore also aware of the urgency of your requests, we of course attach great importance to a quick implementation. Therefore, we plan a maximum of ten working days between invoice payment and fulfilment of the service or transmission of your individually created packaging label.
No, there is currently no EU-wide recycling labelling obligation. However, the EU Commission recommends labelling the material in accordance with EU Directive 97/129/EC. Only in a few countries is this labelling actually obligatory.
In some countries, e.g. France or Italy: Yes!
However, these obligations and labels may differ depending on the country of dispatch. In our obligatory labelling service we advise you comprehensively or create the designs of your labels for you in the “We got you covered” package.
In a few exceptions, you can use other means to communicate the labels. For example, if your packaging is too small to print everything on.
There is also the possibility of using QR codes, depending on the packaging.
